Nichole - (Center Director)

I have always had a love of working with children and wanting a big family! I have worked at Innovation Station since August of 2018, when I joined the Preschool classroom as the Lead teacher. Shortly after, I was offered the position of assistant director. During this time, I worked in many of the classrooms where I was needed, while I worked towards my degree in early childhood and my administrative credential. In October of 2024, I was offered the opportunity to step up into the role of director, as well as our center’s 4k teacher. It has been such a wonderful experience being able to take that next step and not only get to be a huge support to the staff, but also the families.

Gabrielle (Cook)

Previously I worked in the food industry for several years. After having my own child i wanted to work somewhere mor family orientated. Innovation Station allows me to bring my son to work with me while getting to cook fro the children in the center. I love finding different things to try for the children as well as getting to be able to know the families.

I started at Innovation Station in December 2024 at the BF location. There was a need for help at the RF location, so I was asked if I would be willing to step in and I jumped at the opportunity! I have a son of my own who enjoys coming to school every day. He has grown so much since we started at the center, as well as I have. I recently finished all my early childhood certifications and learned so much. Being a support staff allows me to bring what I have learned to all the classrooms!

Becca - Support Staff

I’m Ms. Becca! I have a degree in education and worked as a behavioral technician for a while before joining the childcare field. Toddlers and twos are some of my favorite ages but have enjoyed getting to know all the children and families in the center. I have a big passion for science and math. I am hoping by bringing my passion into the classroom and showing the children how fun it can be, they will enjoy these developmental domains even just a little!

Emma - Infants

Hi! I’m Emma and I started at Innovation Station while I was finishing high school. After graduating and starting college, I would come back on breaks to help. I decided to change my field of study to education and while I pursue this, I am working full time in the infant 1 classroom! I have enjoyed meeting the newest and littlest ones in the center and watching them change week to week as they grow so quickly.
