Innovation Station Child Care is the fulfillment of the lifelong dream of Maureen Bruss. She wanted to be able to offer families the chance to give their children the best care available at an affordable price.

Innovation Station LLC opened in Brookfield in August of 2009. The business expanded in 2011 with the opening of its second child care center in New Berlin. Four years later, 2015, the business opened its doors on a third location in Richfield.

Innovation Station Continues to grow with a new location located in Menomonee Falls right on the border with Brookfield. The new location to open on March 5, 2025.
